Since my school days, acting has grabbed me and made me feel an inner joy that could not be compared to anything else. But until I was finally ready to go the way of the actor, my previous life opened other doors for me. After the compulsory school time I started a commercial apprenticeship. In order to improve my English afterwards, the desire to travel gripped me and took me to the end of the world, to New Zealand. For half a year I spent my time in this unique country, which was the setting for the Lord of the Rings trilogy, in a great language school in Queenstown. Back in Switzerland I started my professional life and worked for one of the biggest health insurance company in Switzerland. During this time I became a member of a Swiss party and started to get politically involved in my canton. This engagement was led by me for the last 6 years as president of a cantonal party. Until it was time to pursue my passion. Professionally secured by a degree and sufficient experience in the working world with an insight into politics and thus another exciting stage, I was attracted to Vienna for a seminar at the Film Academy. The thought of finally giving myself completely to acting left me no peace. So, I used the 4 weeks at the Film Academy to see how I would perform and if this fire and passion was still as strong as ever. After great insights into film acting, breathing and speech exercises and acting, I felt confirmed. This is what I want to do in the future and in this school in Vienna I want to do it. My wish came true and I was accepted by passing the admissions process. My studies will now begin in October 2020 and again a new door opens and as always, I am fully committed. Nothing comes from nothing and everyone is responsible for their own destiny. Now it is time to step on the gas. Or in the words of my life's motto: "Never give in, never stop fighting.”
